This perfectly constructed tower of ahi and rice is so cool looking that you’ll almost be tempted to not eat it — almost. It’s got ahi atop furikake-infused rice, with a layer of a slightly spicy sauce. It’s also topped with sprouts, and served with a generous heap of avocado and nori. A lot of Holoholo’s menu items seem to encourage family-style dining, and this one is good for sharing — but even better when kept to yourself.
