Coffeetini

Terry Waters, bartender
Bethel Street Tap Room

With coffee and hints of cinnamon (from the RumChata), this drink is fi lled with wintery fl avors — but the chilled coffee still keeps it light and refreshing enough to enjoy on a hot day. According to Waters, this drink is one of the bar’s most popular. He credits its success to the specialty nitro coffee that Bethel Street Tap Room concocts in house with beans from Koko Crater Coffee Roasters. It’s cold brewed for at least 12 hours, then placed in a nitrogen keg and served on tap. Waters explains that the nitrogen keg removes the bitterness and acidity from the coffee. Waters also recommends pairing this drink with one of the bar’s cupcakes (yes, cupcakes).
