Rosé All Day

To me, there is nothing better than a chilled glass of rosé after a long day at work, a fun day at the beach or, let’s be honest, just because.

The crisp, fruity flavor coupled with the refreshing chill makes this cocktail a no-brainer in my book. I’ve never met a rosé I didn’t like, but some of my favorite bottles include: Charles & Charles (pictured here), Channing Daughters and The Clambake. Bonus: They’re all under $20.

With warmer days on the horizon as summer approaches, I wanted to share my favorite ways to enjoy this pink drink.

First and foremost, it’s great simply by itself and chilled. If you’re hosting a party, throwing in a couple of sliced strawberries adds some festive flair.

If you’re heading to the beach for the day, whip up a batch of Pink Punch by mixing the following ingredients in a large pitcher and chilling prior to consumption. The combination of sweet and tart fruits, mixed with rosé, makes a delicious blend for enjoying with friends.

You Will Need:

2 bottles of rosé
5 tablespoons sugar
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blackberries
1 papaya, cubed
2 cups strawberries, sliced

And finally, rosé made into dessert wine slushies! Yes, you read correctly. This is my version of having your cake and eating it, too. Combine the following ingredients into a blender and blend on high until desired consistency. Enjoy immediately.

You Will Need:

2 cups rosé
3 cups frozen strawberries
1 cup of ice
1/4 cup Grand Marnier
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons agave

I think Julia Child said it best when she stated, “Rosés can be served with anything.”
