WARM PINEAPPLE CRISP

Our greatest discovery of the past, well, month is that you can order any of Stage Restaurant’s desserts from its adjacent Amuse Wine Bar. No need to get too dressed up — just settle in and dig in. And there’s nothing more homey and comforting than this graham-cracker pineapple crisp, topped with chai-flavored ice cream, all kinds of berries and a caramel sauce. It’s fruity, creamy and buttery — but not overly filling, so you’ll still be able to indulge in a glass of wine (or three).

VEGETABLE SKILLET

This skillet is loaded with all kinds of goodies: eggplant, squash, mushrooms and more. We took the option to add two eggs and then also topped it with some goat cheese (because, goat cheese) for the perfect breakfast. And since you’ve had a meal with so many vegetables, we think that totally gives you an excuse to pair it with one of the bakery’s fresh-made pies or pastries.
