This drink is Nobu’s cocktail of the month for October. Mezcal, its main ingredient, is a type of alcohol that’s made from the agave. Yamachika, who created Meet Me In San Luis, says the herbs really shine through in the Mezcal, and the cocktail has a smoky finish. You can expect more creative concoctions from Yamachika, as she’s off to Portland Cocktail Week to learn more about the art of craft cocktail making.
