“It’s not too sweet. It’s a little tart. It’s similar to a Lemon Drop, with our little twist to it. We’re known for our Lychee Martini, so this is our take on something not as sweet.

“(The li hing rim) gives you that tart tamarind flavor. We put a lychee fruit as a garnish.

“(A good pairing would be) our oysters, because our raw oysters come with a ginger scallion vinaigrette that’s kind of tart, just like the drink.”
