Dec. 18-20 FRI-SUN

Hawaii Symphony Orchestra provides Tchaikovsky’s score. Showtime is 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 2 p.m. Sunday. Tickets cost $35-$99.
Dec. 19 SAT
HOLIDAZE CHINATOWN MARKET
AT NUUANU AVENUE AND PAUAHI STREET
Art + Flea and the Office of Economic Development is making it easy to buy local this holiday season with its HoliDAZE Chinatown Market, set to take over Nuuanu Avenue and Pauahi Street from noon to 5 p.m. The afternoon promises more than 60 vendors selling fashion, art, music and more. Live entertainment also will be provided by KTUH, POW! WOW! School of Music, The Willards and Scott Ohtoro.
HONOLULU NIGHT MARKET: ROGUE CHRISTMAS
AT 449 COOKE ST.
It’s the last Honolulu Night Market of the year — Christmas-themed, naturally. Stop by for last-minute gifts from various local vendors (like Palme the Label, VH07V, Yireh, San Lorenzo and much more), and the usual spread of food and entertainment. The night goes from 6 to 11 p.m.
AT THE REPUBLIK
Australian EDM duo (and real-life sisters) Miriam and Olivia Nervo — better known by their stage name Nervo — stop at The Republik for one night only. The show is set to start at 9 p.m. and tickets cost $30 early bird general admission or $35-$40 regular.
AT WINDWARD MALL
We were going to tell you all about Streetlight Cadence’s Dec. 18 show at Atherton Performing Arts Studio, but then it sold out. The four-piece band is back right now for a limited time to promote their new CD, Beyond Paradise. Luckily, the group has a few more shows coming up, including one from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Dec. 20 at Windward Mall. The best part about this show? It’s free, and since the mall is pretty big, you’re guaranteed a spot … somewhere.
Dec. 20 SUN
At The Study
Local R&B/soul artist Jeremy Cheng takes the stage at The Modern Honolulu’s hide-away library-themed bar The Study this and every Sunday night from 6:30 to 10:30. Expect melodic tunes grounded by Cheng’s impressive vocals. Can’t make it Sunday? No problem — The Study actually has live music every night from an eclectic group of local musicians, and Cheng also plays Tuesdays with Alex Oasay from 7:30 to 10:30.
