The Perfect Guinness and a shot of Jameson

“They made the (Guinness) glasses so that you pour to the bottom of the harp (in the Guinness logo), so that you know what point to stop at. And then you let all the beer settle. When you go to pour the top part of the drink, instead of pulling the tap head forward, you push it back because it goes a little bit slower. The rounded top of the glass is set up to give it the head that rises up. You can draw whatever you want in there, a clover or a shamrock. Some people are really crazy artistic and can write people’s names. It’s a lot like latte art. You do a figure 8 with your hand and it draws it in there.”
