“It’s not an overpowering bourbon drink, like what most people would associate (with) a whiskey drink. It’s light and refreshing. You get a little bit of the sweetness from the bitters, as well as the sour from the sweet and sour mix and the pineapple juice.

“The ingredients don’t seem like they match well, until you actually try it. You get a little bit of the smokiness and a little bit of sweetness. They complement each other.”
